The photo quality were very bad and scratched and had yellow all over them. They then sent me new ones which were the same. After this I asked for a refund and they have repeatedly ignored my multiple emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- the customer service is abysmal

First time to order and am impressed— product arrived within the 2-3 days advertised. Great photo album and meets the advertised specifications. The photo book pictures were really clear and well designed. Product arrived within the stipulated time. The team at Inkifi answered all my queries along the way. I would highly recommend this product to all.

The process to create all kinds of framed photos is easy and intuitive (dare I say, even fun?); and the final product is beautiful! Don't hesitate -- I've given two as gifts and purchased one for myself. I won't even look at other, similar brands for photo artwork in the future. Inkifi is too good!!!

I ordered over 1700 of the 3x3 mini squares. Uploading the photos was so easy. I especially liked the ease of editing the photos. My order arrived in less than a week! The quality of the pictures was great. I would definitely order from Inkifi again!

I made a personalised story book with photos of loved ones for my toddler using the website. The website was easy to use and I was able to personalise the layout of the photos. I was also able to amend the font style and size which was useful for a toddler. The book is very well printed and the photos are very clear. I keep getting compliments on the book from daycare staff and other parents. The price was definitely worth it for the item received. Delivery was quick and the book was packaged nicely. Thank you, I will definitely use Inkifi again for other projects and photos.

First time user, but easy to navigate siteand, select a template, paper finish, and upload pics. Finished project late evening and waited. I was amazed that the next day I received not only confirmation of receipt, but also confirmations of completion and dispatch to me of the finished, 80 page A4 photobook! As promised it arrived next day via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and I was delighted with the high quality of the images, the substantial page thickness, the great soft cover and a very fitting gift for my son's birthday. Fast, friendly and top quality - what's not to like! Will definitely be back again, and again!

This was the best experience EVER, being so easy to understand and and quick to do. The resulting frame was delivered amazingly quickly and WOW ! it exceeded expectations, prints clear and crisp. I used to make up my own collaged frames with photos from the past and it took MONTHS! Never again! You just drag the pictures into the slots on the frame, and hey presto! Thank you INKIFI. Highly recommended.

I saw the mini 2x3 prints on social media and immediately had to order my first set. They are just perfect for my journal collage project. It was very easy to edit my pictures before submitting the order and they shipped quickly. I plan on ordering more very soon! They are printed on nice, thick paper with a matte finish. I am very happy with them!

I attended my granddaughter's 1st birthday party this weekend & took along a special gift - the Inkifi Moments Frame with 52 super photos which show my granddaughters 1st year. It is a beautiful quality frame and photos. My daughter & her husband were very pleased and the guests were extremely impressed too. This is the 3rd Moments Frame which I have ordered from Inkifi (the 1st two were for my eldest daughter's daughter then son's 1st birthdays too). I feel that these gifts are really special to commemorate the babies 1st years. They look absolutely super. I did this myself & found the process is extremely easy to follow and Inkifi's service is brilliant too. I may be back for another in the future (hopefully!). I highly recommend this for an extra special gift for someone special. Thank you Inkifi.

These are the highest quality prints I have ever received! The size, the coloring, the clarity, the material- everything is amazing. As a photographer, I tend to have high standards for photos I have printed, and Inkifi does it every time. I love having the small prints on hand for scrapbooking, putting them in cards and giving them to friends and family- the perfect little addition to a gift!

I am enthralled with Inkifi’s products! I’ve ordered several times buying different print products and love them all. The quality is A+, including image reproduction and feel of print. As a new grandmother I am very pleased to send out these exquisite gems to friends and family! Delivery is fast and communication has been good.

I am incredibly disappointed with the complete lack of service from Inkifi. I ordered a photo book for a colleague’s retirement, only to discover weeks later that the order had been randomly cancelled. I received absolutely no email, notification, or refund. When I realised what had happened and tried to resolve it, the customer service was nonexistent. I called the office numerous times. Every time, I was told the person on the phone couldn't help but that I would receive a call back by a specific date and time. This happened four times, and all four times the time passed with zero response. It has now been two months and I still have heard nothing from Inkifi and had to go through my credit card company to initiate a chargeback just to get my money back. No idea how there can be so many positive review, given how poor the company behaved in this scenario. It has been an absolute shambles from start to finish and had to remake the retirement gift with another company.

I'll start by saying the product is brilliant, I'm very happy with the 12" lay flat photo book. Not cheap but well worth the money to create something truly special and the web app is intuitive once you begin using it. The two stars are for an absolutely horrendous customer service experience. Firstly the webchat seems to be manned by an AI chat bot that spouts inaccurate answers to important questions. Receiving a reply from a human by email takes over 24 hours and is equally inaccurate. There is a phone number you can ring and two very empathetic employees spoke to me and both promised me a call back which unfortunately never happened. I was told (by a human) twice that my order would definitely arrive by 17th June (which was the latest I could receive to present the book to my dad in time for his birthday). Despite paying for the fastest courier delivery it actually arrived on 2nd July - so definitely factor that in if you plan on using this company. I think the worst part was that I wasn't told there was a delay until the date I was promised it would arrive - and that was only because I chased it, and even that took several hours to get a final response. I was offered a refund on the shipping but very little in the way of an apology. Despite detailing how this book was the missing centerpiece to a special 70th birthday celebration, how I felt let down that they'd not kept their word on delivery times, been extremely passive on customer care and left me to keep chasing them for a response, all I got was a 'sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused'. This has left me thinking either they don't care or the customer service is too swamped fighting other fires and I'm not sure which is worse.
