Not only is their customer service unparalleled (esp. in this day and age of poor communication and lack of concern) their final product, follow-up and speedy shipping is beyond compare. The minor edits I had were dealt with, free of charge, and my large caption book was re-shipped in perfect condition within a week of my final submission. I ordered pictures for a memorial service for my brother in law. I wanted the attendees to have something that they could take home and keep. So i decided on the Polaroid! The shipping was super fast!!Everyone loved them! They were perfect! Good quality! Very durable! Not all at cheap looking! I will be ordering prints more prints!!!

I was really impressed with this company. From start to finish the process was smooth and easy. The design tool made it really quick and easy to lay out all of my photos on the pages of the book that I ordered and I was able to rearrange as necessary. I could even see how many times each photo was used so that I could make sure that I hadn't duplicated anything anywhere. The order came within a couple of days and the quality was superb. A great way to organise all of my kids' crafts into one small book. Fantastic for creating memories without having to take up lots of space.

Products great when received, but the main gripe was customer service. No one to speak to in-person when the delivery went missing, and the support team don't reply for 48hrs which was too late ...

I am absolutely thrilled with my recent experience! The entire process of uploading and ordering my prints was seamless and user-friendly. I was amazed by how quickly they arrived, but the best part is the quality. These high-quality prints look so much better than the standard ones you get from the machines in the shops. The colours are vibrant and the details are incredibly sharp. I will definitely be ordering again!

We all have photos on our phone or computer we never print off, so I would highly recommend Inkifi, I had a large picture done with 35 of my favourite pictures from over the years, I have to say it is absolutely beautiful and so well framed, I am already planning my next picture!

Ordered a walnut photo calendar on 10 February 2026 as a gift, specifying a February 2026 start. My order confirmation clearly shows Start Year 2026, Start Month February. It took nearly a month to arrive, and when it did, it was printed to start February 2027 — unusable as the gift it was meant to be. I contacted support (Tom) on 7 March and was asked for photos, which I sent immediately. On 10 March I was told, without qualification, "We will get the order resent ASAP." I thanked them and asked to be kept updated. I followed up on 20 April. No reply. I followed up again the same day. No reply. It is now 27 July. No replacement, no refund, no communication of any kind in over three months. My order still displays as PROCESSING in my account, which suggests the reprint was never actually created. Worth noting that the calendar started in February 2026, so even if they shipped the replacement today, more than half of it has expired. There is no longer any fix here other than a refund. The print quality of what arrived was fine. That isn't the problem. The problem is a company that makes a written commitment and then goes silent for four months, and reading other reviews here, I don't appear to be unusual in that.

I had a problem with my order and it took a while to resolve. They refunded me for the photo book that I never received and they said that their customer service system has been updated. They do have very cute prints when printed correctly.

Very impressed. Easy to navigate website, easy to order. Delivery in a couple of days. Really good quality prints, wasn't sure how they'd turn out because I ordered the very small ones but absolutely delighted with them. Will definitely be ordering further photos. Can highly recommend this company.

I ordered a small print from my wedding to put in thank you notes. They look beautiful and are just what I was hoping for. They also got here quickly

I ordered some expensive white border mini photo prints and the quality was laughably bad. Photos appeared pixelated, grey toned and flat. I had ordered the same product from a different company before and these ones were twice the price but half the quality. I contacted customer service to see if something had gone wrong, but never got a response. Never again.
