Sent in my photos from summer to make small gift card sets. Absolutely wonderful job. With use this company again. A fair price. Great work and arrived very fast with tracking. Lovely!

I wasn't sure at first as I don't normally find things on Instagram but I am so pleased I did. I ordered a nine aperture white frame with nine photos. The photos come printed in the frame already...you don't need to find nine photos and try to stick them in the apertures! It was easy to use and the photos are excellent quality. The frame is good quality. I am delighted with it and am already creating another one for my daughter's birthday. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that it was more expensive than I expected to pay. Absolutely lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered a personalised photo book as a first anniversary present. The book was due to arrive before I flew out to see my partner, as they live in a different country, but DPD falsely marked the delivery as attempted and uploaded a photo of a completely different house. I spent a lot of time trying to sort it directly with DPD. They confirmed the driver had been nowhere near my address when the delivery was marked as attempted, and eventually told me very clearly that I needed to contact Inkifi because Inkifi is their account holder and only Inkifi could properly escalate the issue or request changes to the delivery. So I emailed Inkifi straight away, explained everything, and asked for urgent help. No response. The parcel was then delivered to my UK address after I had already left the country, which meant the anniversary present was no use for the occasion it had been ordered for. When I got home and finally opened the book, the actual print quality was good, but unfortunately the front cover and first page were already splitting at the binding. I emailed Inkifi again on 5 August with photos of the fault and asked for a refund. It is now 14 August, and I have still had no reply. The frustrating thing is that the book itself could have been a really nice product. The problem is that when the delivery went wrong, and then when the book turned out to be faulty, there was simply nobody there to help. I don't expect companies to be perfect. I do expect them to reply when a customer has a genuine problem. Still waiting for Inkifi to resolve this. Order #000177763.

Used the next day delivery and the photobook arrived on time. The website was really easy to use and I liked the way you could quickly edit the layout of the pages. It was a gift and the recipients were delighted with the quality of the photo book. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you very much.

Ordered the Wedding colleague photo print and was extremely pleased with the experience, very easy to upload photos and order. The photo quality was high as well as the overall standard of frame. It arrives as a plastic cover, not glass, but this is expected considering the cost. really great value for money - would highly recommend!!! a lovely momento!

One of the worst buying experiences I've ever had! Ordered the moments frame. Received the order, and it was a mess! All kinds of issues! The staples that are supposed to hold the backing on were falling out. Most of them were just loose in the packaging, the corners of the frame we're coming apart, and there was black smudges of something along the edges of the frame! I sent several emails. They responded to one of them and ignored the rest! Said they would ship another one. Received the second one. And again it was all messed up! Loose staples again. Staples between the plexi and the backing so that you could see the staples. Staples in front of the glass! I even asked them to double and triple check before shipping out the redo in a email which, of course they never answered and ignored! So I gave them two chances and there is no way I was going to try again so I asked for them to credit me back 5 days ago. Never heard back from them and no credit was done so I was forced to dispute the charges with my credit card co. So they will get a chargeback. Worst customer service ever! And absolutely no quality control! I would never ever do business with Inkifi again! Don't be fooled by their 800 number on their website. That is useless. They don't have phone support. And emails only get answered sometimes. *** UPDATE - And I see Inkifi responded here and did a refund ONLY because and AFTER I wrote this review and disputed the charges with my credit card co! They are trying to make it sound like they had already done a credit! They had not!

The platform was easy to navigate and the whole process was positive. Once I had reviewed and submitted my photo album order, it arrived promptly and was packaged very well. The photo book is absolutely fabulous, better than I had imagined. Brilliant experience.

Their small photos are perfect size for journalling, I love coming back from a trip and being able to relive the moments when i am back through creating a photo journal. The more you order the cheaper each photo costs so this is ideal. Great value for money. Also the delivery is do quick!

I bought a picture book for a friend which I needed quickly. Inkifi were the only company that could offer the turnaround I needed, so I got sucked in. The book is extraordinarily poor quality - cheap, flimsy cover and contains multiple blank pages which they couldn’t be bothered to take out, so it looks unfinished. The wording on the spine is printed running off the side of the book and all this for almost £70 including the postage! When I complained, the customer service guy (Tom) did everything he could to ignore the points I raised. Doubling down, trying to make out it was my fault the wording on the spine wasn’t centred (I simply filled in the text box that was provided by their online tool) and claiming a missed a warning that it wasn’t centred (apparently a magnifying glass is the universally acknowledged sign for this - who knew?). I’m honestly embarrassed to give this to my friend. For nearly £70, I expected a professionally produced, finished product, not something that looks cheap and unfinished, followed by customer service that attempts to deflect responsibility rather than address the obvious problems. Shame on you Inkifi for producing such overpriced cr*p. You’re a complete rip off and need to be called out for it.

Inkifi didn’t deliver my fridge magnet photos I ordered. I tried to reach them over email multiple times. No replies. I have lost $35 with them. They are scammers. Do not order any stuff from inkifi.
