Waste of time. I uploads photos then told had to return to the app. Which I don’t have.

After returning from an 11 day cruise to Alaska and taking so many pictures, I knew I wanted small pictures to create my travel journal and to put into a current scrapbook. So, when I saw the advertisement for Inkifi, I knew I had to give it a try. And I am glad I did. The pictures turned out perfect and the turn around time was fast. I will be ordering from Inkifi again...and soon.

Photo book for my husband’s 50th birthday was beautiful in every way. Excellent customer service too (Tom) -and it arrived quickly.

We absolutely love our wedding album from Inkifi! The quality is honestly gorgeous — the photos look so crisp and the album itself feels really luxurious and beautifully made. It’s such a lovely way to bring all of our favourite wedding memories together in one place. The whole process of creating it was really straightforward, and being able to choose the photos and lay everything out exactly how we wanted made it feel really personal.

We have fallen in love with the tiny prints we’ve ordered. The print and the paper are very high quality. We’ve placed three orders in the last month. I’ve been using Inkifi for years for framed photos, photobooks and prints from iPhone and DSLR for ourselves and for gifts. I appreciate the range of options for printing, easy to use online tools and good quality in the finished product. DPD delivery also means prompt and secure transit. Customer service is prompt and friendly when / if you need it.

Extremely annoyed and disappointed. Ordered from this company before and was happy with the prints, decided a few months later to order again. The prints arrived really dark compared to the original version used. So emailed to say I wasn't happy, Tom responded with advice using photo shop on how to lighten the image before sending. As this wasn't an issue last time in my prints I never thought to do it this time round. However Tom said as a good gesture if I could send the newly edited print they would resend out a new version. A few days later the new version came, exactly the same as the last picture, not lighter one bit even though it had been significantly edited on photo shop before as well as the print being too large than what I'd originally ordered so wasn't able to use. Although this was annoying I accepted it and asked for my £20 refund as they had tried to mend the product but hadn't, therefore I wasn't happy with the product. Over the last 20 days I have contacted customer service 3 times, when first raising the complaint they responded but the last two times asking for a refund I have had nothing back and been ignored, even though the same outlet led to a response from Tom the first time round. I will continue to pursue this until my refund is complete. Both prints ordered where not to quality expected for the price - wouldn't recommend due to shocking customer service team.

So glad I found Inkifi and would definitely use them again. I needed a versatile book which could include photos, messages, poems etc so Inkifi was perfect for this. The website was easy to navigate as were the tools to create each page. I sent it to print later than I'd intended and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time but it came 3 days later and I was blown away by the quality and finish - as was the recipient.

Superb album put together with beautiful quality pictures and paper, exactly as designed and on time. No issues whatsoever. Album well packed to prevent damage. As we were under time pressure, this service was very much appreciated. Thank you team at Inkifi!

I used to put pictures in albums....I'm of that generation. Now I take a lot of digital pictures, and have failed to get prints made ...and I don't post anything on social media...so I loved the idea of the little wooden block, with a pack of picture cards that I can shuffle and change..in hard copy. It also means I can add the date and description if I want. I am delighted with the outcome. It was really easy to use the website, and I have just put in my second order.

My overall experience was great! My only very small complaint is when placing pictures being able to crop them outside of moving up/down would be better. That might’ve been user error but I had a hard time cropping one picture specifically. The overall frame still came out wonderfully and I am very happy with the product and the quality.

Please don't use this company. I can't think of a single positive thing about this company. I haven't received my order 2 weeks after ordering a photobook which they said would be delivered within 4 days. Chat bot doesn't work, customer services largely ignores and then is argumentative and unhelpful. Please don't trust this company with your photos Just awful.

This is my second order of magnets from Inkifi! I ordered magnets with photos of my daughter as gifts and had to have another set for myself. The process was so easy and they arrived quickly. Highly recommend!
