I was very pleased with the customized photo book. My father's day gift turned out perfectly. This was the only company I found that did not limit the amount of words I could put on each page and the amount of customization you could do. I needed to include an entire short essay for couple of pages. The program was incredible easy to use as well. I feel that the price was reasonable for the amount of photos and pages I was able to fully customize. I wouldn't recommend trying to do this amount of cusotmization on a phone, I used my laptop with a periferal screen to accomplish what I needed to do.

I ordered something for my husband’s birthday and the day after submitting the order, I realised I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them and they cancelled the order for me so I could re-order it in the larger size. The book is really lovely and great quality. I really love that I was able to add my own captions and text to each section. Not many companies have that and the price is so reasonable! I am really happy with my personalised caption book and can’t wait for my husband to see it.

I love my frames! I ordered 4 - one for each kid and they came out soo good, can’t wait to hang these up. The process was easy, which I loved! I’ve already recommended Inkifi for those I know who been wanting something similar. I’ve waited for years to find the right place to order these type of frames and I’m glad I pulled the trigger and ordered because it was exactly what I had wanted.

We spent a lot of money on this. It arrived with a 'dink' in the plastic over one of the photos. I ordered this as a keep sake after losing a loved one so when a photo could show the 'dink' I didn't want the fuss. I received an email from Inkifi asking if I was happy so I told them what happened... I received no reply. To add insult to a very expensive injury, in the corner where the 'dink' is, upon dusting the frame, a small chip fell off the frame which I coloured in with a felt tip. Although I hadn't noticed the package being damaged, I can only presume the lack of protection on the corners caused the damage to the frame but the 'dink' I'm not so sure. This cost over £70. I shouldn't have had to strategically place the picture to hide the mark and I certainly shouldn't have to have patched an area when some frame fell away. If customer service hadn't contacted me I would have accepted it was for me to let the company know but because they contacted me for them never to reply is very unprofessional especially as I told them this was in memory of our beloved family member.

Loved getting a bundle of my favorite photos in mini size - they’ll be fun to share with others and keep as teminders of photos and artwork I’ve done.

I love my prints! I took advantage of one of their promos and ordered 120 of their mini squares. I am doing a small wall in my home full of them, sort of a collage. I will come back and post when complete. quality is great, and they arrived pretty quick. I will be back for more!

I created a wedding photo book as a gift for my mum and she was over the moon with it. I was a bit sad to give it to her as I was looking at it every day until I had to hand it over! I will be creating one for myself as the books are such great quality and my wedding photos are so clear. I’m so pleased I’ve come across Inkifi, I will 100% be using you again!
