⭐ Very disappointing customer service I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid £73.99, including next-day delivery 3 days ago , but my parcel has still not been delivered. I emailed yesterday explaining that I urgently needed the parcel and received no response. I then called three times today and spoke to Maya and Nichola, but neither could resolve the issue or put me through to management. I repeatedly asked for the name or contact details of a manager so that I could escalate the matter, but this was not provided. The money has already been taken from my account, yet I have neither received my order nor been given a clear explanation of what is happening. I expected much better communication and customer service, particularly after paying for next-day delivery. I am now having to consider taking the matter further to get this resolved. Very disappointing experience.

Photos arrived damaged as the packaging was probably not sturdy enough for large photos. They are bent. They arranged to send more which took a bit longer than expected but they did eventually arrive.

It worries me when Inkifi goes off line for days at a time and doesn't inform customers what is going on. When you're working on a large project that in my case has taken weeks of work it's stressful to think that the whole thing has been lost, and hear nothing from the company. I will be switching to someone else once I've (hopefully) managed to retrieve and finish this current project. It's not worth the stress.

I have ordered from Inkifi a few times. The quality is always amazing and I usually get my order in a few days. I will continue to order from them in the future.

GENUINE REVIEW WITH FULL DISCLOSURE...I'd never heard of Inkifi until a competitors software failed me time and time again leaving me with no other option but to look for a new provider. At that point I was extremely frustrated having wasted valuable time, effort and patience trying to create a first wedding anniversary gift to my wife, time was running out. Quality, pricing and turn around featured high on my list of needs. Inkifi 100% exceeded all my expectations. I am a very satisfied new customer and will be ordering more photobooks and other products knowing our wedding reception pictures taken at our venue in Sorrento, Italy will look stunning. Inkifi software delivered what it promised, very easy to use, plenty of different layouts and customisable options but the thing that lowered my stress level and reasured me the most was that it actually saved my project without any issues, and I could reopen it over several days until I completed it. Despite only having 6 or 7 days (Inc weekend) to complete and deliver my order, it arrived in time for our anniversary. I ordered the A4, landscape, layflat photobook, adding extra pages until I created what I needed. Inkifi are a family business that I cannot recommend highly enough, the photobook is of a very high quality and provides genuine value for money.

The website was extremely user friendly and allowed me to create the most personal and beautiful wedding album so we have the memories of our special day. The delivery was quick for such a bespoke item and the quality of the book, pages and the print was fantastic. I would highly reccomend.

Lovely frame and very quick service

Would leave 1 star if I could, Ordered a photo book for my sons 18th and half the pictures were cut in half and printed on other pages. Customer service is claiming that is how we are uploaded the photos! Refuse to give a return address so we can send back and give them a chance to make it right let alone receive a refund.

DO NOT USE. Emails all bounce back. No answer to anything on email or social media. Paid for 24 hour delivery with Royal Mail. Items eventually arrived over a week later.

I’m very impressed with Inkifi. I’ve used them twice recently and am very pleased with the quality of their photos. Their communication has been excellent. I shall definitely be using them again in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I absolutely love Inkifi! They’re a wonderful small family business, and I love supporting them. Their products are such great quality, and they offer things I genuinely haven’t seen anywhere else. The Moments Frame is a particular favourite of mine. I’ve bought it as a gift for family and friends and it always makes such a lovely statement piece. I’ve also ordered their 4x4 photo prints, which were perfect for making bunting for a recent party. The service is always excellent and my orders have arrived so quickly every time. I’ve been really impressed with everything I’ve bought from Inkifi and would highly recommend them!

We took a considerable time choosing who to order our wedding album from and went for quality over price. The templates to build the album had no real instructions making things like moving a page very difficult. It took hours and hours to make (about 6-8) for 30 or so pages. There was no quality control by inkifi and a page was misprinted with a number of border and alignment issues which ruined the whole album. There was a very disappointing lack of ownership from inkifi such as offering a reprint.

My Inkifi Grid poster with black frame arrived in good time and condition. All 140 pictures are of great quality and the grid poster looks amazing! I highly recommend! a special way to capture treasured family memories.
